We provide predictability in insurance to clients as well as carrier partners. In our brief 10 year history, Risk Transfer has helped to fund and create two different Risk Retention Groups (2003 & 2005) in the past decade and works with a variety of captives - generally group, segregated cell and rent-a-captive facilities. We have both personal and working relationships with Universal Re- Bermuda’s oldest and second largest rent-a-captive facility in the world, and Qwest, the seventh largest rent-a captive facility in the world.

In 2008, the principal started a group called Alternative Risk Transfer (ART) to consult and supervise the qualification, creation, placement and execution of alternative risk deals. This group at present manages approximately $20m of alternative risk premiums.

In January 2010, we created and rolled out an exclusive national professional liability program for the nurse staffing industry specifically for, Joint Commissions Certified, healthcare staffing agencies. Lastly we are in process to create a new Bermuda based rent-a-captive facility for use with our client’s respective insurance needs.
