National Account Executive

Mr. Pruitt began his career with Risk Transfer Holdings in 2003. He acquired a 440 license and the designation Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR). Shortly thereafter, he was promoted to Marketing Representative, where he was responsible for marketing all lines of new and renewal Property and Casualty business for Risk Transfer's retail division. It was during this time that he attained the designation of Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI) in 2006. He went on to become the e-Commerce Development Manager for Blue Ocean Brokers, leading a team of underwriters placing workers' compensation coverage for small businesses. In his role as Underwriting Team Lead, Scott underwrote new and renewal workers' compensation policies for Professional Employer Organizations and Temporary Staffing Companies.

In 2009, Mr. Pruitt became a National Accounts Executive, servicing the largest accounts in both the Retail and Wholesale divisions within Risk Transfer Holdings. He has lead clients' efforts on due diligence for acquisitions, marketed larger national accounts and hard to place risks, as well as placing other lines of coverage, i.e. Professional and General Liability, Employment Practices, Cyber Liability, Property, Umbrella, and other Property and Casualty coverages. In addition, he guides clients with high level underwriting, risk management and program analyses to assure clients they have the most appropriate products and services for their needs and competitive pricing.

Scott received his undergraduate degrees from the University of Central Florida. He has Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology and Spanish.
