Mr. Coston joined Risk Transfer Inc. in 2010 as Vice President, responsible for business development in our core markets of PEO and Staffing.

He has been involved in the broker side of the Property and Casualty insurance business for 28 years. Mr. Coston has held senior management positions for leading property and casualty agencies. He was President of Protective Insurance Agency from 1991-2007 as a leader in providing insurance programs for the PEO and Staffing industries. He has developed insurance products to assist in identifying and transferring complex liability issues associated with the staffing profession.

Mr. Coston has authored seminars to educate business owners with fiduciary and technology exposures to adapt to today's business environment. As an expert in delivering risk management solutions, he has acquired the perspective and resources necessary to deliver insurance and supportive risk management services that clients trust.

Mr. Coston is an active member of NAPEO. In 2008, he was honored to receive the President's Award from MCIM Insurance Company in recognition of his efforts to redirect the company's marketing focus.
