Jennifer Robinson

Ms. Robinson is the President of PEO C2 and a special consultant and advisor of Risk Transfer, Inc. Both entities provide enterprise risk management services to the PEO industry. She has placed property and casualty/health insurance for the PEO industry since 1990, and presently offers consultation services in the areas of strategic planning, financial advisement, mergers and acquisitions, operations and start-up advisement.

After starting her career with Rose and Kiernan as a retail agent, Jennifer became instantly involved in the placement and advisement of PEO's. In this role, she was recruited by TPI, where she headed up the sales and marketing for this regional PEO. Under her guidance, TPI grew from 300 - 7,000 worksite employees prior to selling the business to Novacare in 1997. She then went on to become the Vice President of Risk Management for DSI, which merged with Team Staff which was recently purchased by Gevity HR. In that role, Ms. Robinson headed up the benefit and insurance platform for 37,000 employees nationwide. In the two years at DSI, Jennifer was involved in the due diligence of 13 PEO's. Commencing in late 1998, Jennifer formed PEO C2, where she has been retained in a variety of roles that include due diligence, financial advisement, operations engineering, insurance consultation and PEO start-up models.

Ms. Robinson is a member of NAPEO, where she acts as a PEO University Professor in risk management and benefits, as well as serves on the education committee. She has written numerous articles for the PEO Insider and Pro Emp Journal publications on sales, profitability, due diligence and infrastructure. She has had the opportunity to participate in a variety of legislative initiatives for the betterment of the PEO industry, and has addressed regulatory bodies on the behalf of NAPEO. Ms. Robinson has also presented PEO Best Practices seminars to FAPEO, MAPEO, CAPEO, TC-NAPEO and NAPEO.

Ms. Robinson received an Undergraduate degree at University of Vermont. She also has a CPES accreditation, a specialization specific to the PEO industry.
