Values & Core Competencies Within the Risk Transfer community, there are three main stakeholders: carrier partners, clients and teammates. Carrier partners provide the capital necessary to mitigate our client's exposures. It is their promises that must be communicated, understood and kept. Clients provide the lifeblood of the firm and our focus and direction will remain one with their needs. Never will anything be of more priority than what is in the best interests of our clients. Teammates provide the professionalism to represent the company and its vision; it is their efforts that define the company as a whole. The energy and enthusiasm of our teammates creates an environment that promotes a client centric model focused on over delivering on client expectations. The relationships that we establish and nurture with all three stakeholders will provide the foundation of our enterprise. Respect and dedication to stakeholder goals will be the constant towards maintaining something more than client satisfaction: a level of positive client dependence and true partnership in allowing a mutually profitable relationship. It is not enough to sell insurance. Since the losses stemming from risk directly drive insurance premiums, we view the containment of loss as the most important part of our job, not just the sale of a policy. Although it is often our goal to transfer risk from the balance sheet of our clients to an insurance carrier, the transfer of risk does not entirely eliminate this risk. Herein lays our core competencies, our values, and our shared success with our clients. |
